Hyperliquid Policy Center seeks five changes to SEC crypto rules

The Hyperliquid Policy Center has urged the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to revise its proposed Regulation Crypto Assets framework, submitting five recommendations covering token airdrops, secondary trading, developer protections, buybacks and state securities requirements.
