Most people searching for a small coin that can still move far are reacting to days like November 4. HOT, the token of the Holo hosting network, rose about 20% in 24 hours after HoloFuel, the token Holo’s hosts get paid in, opened for conversion, Interactive Crypto reports.
Yet even after a 71% gain in five days, HOT sits about 98% below its 2021 record. So the next 100x crypto question comes back: old coins waking up, or new ones still in presale?
The large coins are doing fine, but among buyers hunting for an earlier entry, attention keeps returning to Pepeto, a meme coin from Pepe’s cofounder.
Next 100x Crypto: Pepeto, HOT and FLUID After 15% Jumps
Three names fit this search on November 4: Pepeto for its presale stage, HOT for the HoloFuel launch, and FLUID for its rebound. Both small coins gained more than 15% in a day. Holo’s news matters because HOT holders now have at least six months to swap into the token that pays for hosting.
HOT trades near $0.00047 on CoinMarketCap, worth about $85 million, with resistance near $0.00055, about 15% higher. FLUID trades near $2.17 after a 15.5% day. It is worth about $182 million and still about 91% under its $24.40 record, as Fluid tests a new version of its exchange.
However, HOT’s 14 day RSI near 75 marks it as overbought after its 71% week. Much of this rise went to holders who bought before the news, and a 15% day lifts a $1,000 stake and a $1 million stake by the same 15%.
So the next 100x crypto is rarely the coin that just jumped, since the biggest share went to HOT’s earlier holders. Pepeto sits at that earlier point, a presale before its first exchange listing, with staking that pays while buyers wait.
Big Buyers Backed Pepeto With $11.2 million Before It Trades Anywhere
The coins that jump on news like HoloFuel have usually traded for years, so their first buyers already own most of the gain when the headline lands. Pepeto sits before that point. Its sale has raised over $11.2 million, the current stage sells each token for $0.0000001905, and the price rises each time a stage ends on its timer or its target.
That money backs a meme coin whose team includes Pepe’s cofounder, with an exchange that takes no trading fee, a bridge that charges nothing and an AI scanner in development. For now, only community members and big investors can test them.
While those tools are built, staking pays 160% APY at the current rate, set by the reward allocation and the amount staked and updated daily. Locked plans keep the rate shown at signup for their full term, and rewards become claimable at the listing, so a holder is paid for the months of waiting.
HOT alone is worth about eight times Pepeto’s entire raise, so each new dollar moves Pepeto’s value further than it moves HOT’s. That money arrived while the wider market fell, the kind of month in which the first buyers of most large coins bought.
Conclusion
HOT’s rally this week starts from a far higher price than it did in March 2020. On March 13, 2020, HOT hit its low of $0.0002189, and anyone who held on until $0.03157 on April 5, 2021 turned $1,000 into about $144,000.
That is what most searches for the next 100x crypto are after, a coin bought before the crowd had a reason to look. Pepeto is where that search leads today, with three tools in development behind it.
The wallets in Pepeto’s presale acted before the crowd, the way HOT’s 2020 buyers did. Their entry holds at stage prices that end with the approaching Binance listing, after which every new buyer pays what the open market asks.
