Traders with coins on an offshore exchange learned on Thursday how fast access can end. On November 5, Thailand’s securities regulator filed a criminal complaint against Bitget’s operator and asked for its website and app to be blocked from December 5. The complaint covers three years of trading. Yet users get 30 days to act. So the crypto news this week raises a plain question for every trader: who holds the coins when a regulator moves?

Crypto News: Thailand Gives Bitget Users 30 Days Before a Block
Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission filed the complaint against BG Limited, Bitget’s operator, with the Economic Crime Suppression Division on November 5, and prosecutors will decide on charges. Users were told to act on their holdings before the block starts.
Thailand has acted this way before. In June 2025 it blocked five unlicensed exchanges, including Bybit, OKX and CoinEx, under the same rules. Bitget has agreed to buy the licensed Thai exchange Z.com EX, but that deal still needs approval.
However, the market hardly reacted, with Bitcoin up about 2% near $75,500 (crypto.com). At about $1.6 trillion, Bitcoin needs roughly $80 billion to rise 5%. That 5% is equal for a $5,000 holder and a $5 million one. Additionally, a trader forced to move coins also pays trading fees again.

The same exchange will carry a bridge linking five chains with no transfer fee and an AI scanner that reads a contract before any purchase. Moreover, the code has passed a SolidProof audit.
Each saved fee gives that trader a reason to return, and every return uses the platform’s token, whose total stays at 420 trillion. Pepe, Doge and Shiba made their first buyers rich on attention alone. Pepeto pairs that meme coin appeal with an exchange.
